INFORMATION ON EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal only applies to customers who are consumers as defined by Section 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz, KSchG) and who have purchased goods via our webshop.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you entered into a contract with us (the date marked on the email order confirmation that we send you constitutes the day you entered into this contract).

If you prefer, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory to do so.

In order to comply with the cancellation terms, you simply need to notify us that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of revocation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs if applicable, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we were informed that you wanted to withdraw from this contract.

Wherever possible, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund. If this is not possible, we will arrange a different form a refund that is suitable for both parties. You will not be charged due to this refund under any circumstances.

The buyer is responsible for paying delivery charges for returning items.
